Eight weeks pairing programmed strength work with recovery and supplementation protocols. For the athlete planning to compete for decades, not seasons. Built to keep your tendons honest as your output climbs.

  • Mid-program movement assessment and program update
  • Final week deload and re-test of baseline lifts

Weeks 1 – 2

Assess

Movement screen, baseline lifts, and recovery audit. Program written to your asymmetries, not a generic block.

Weeks 3 – 6

Load with intent

Programmed progression with mid-block check-ins. Recovery work calibrated to tendon and CNS response.

Weeks 7 – 8

Deload and re-test

Structured deload, re-test baseline lifts, and design what comes next: solo continuation or membership programming.
